Stopped here to get my daughters French tip corrected from when she recently had her nails done but the French tip wasn’t the way she wanted so we figured we’d pay for a “polish change” and have it fixed. Initially they were going to charge us $25 and I said oh that’d be too much because she only needs the white fixed. Then the lady said $15 and I said ok. When my daughter sat down the tech that did her nails was very sweet but the woman that seemed like the owner and a different tech kept asking wherey daughter sat previously, what the previous techs name was, what day she was there, etc trying to pin blame on the nail tech and interrogating my daughter while she was receiving a service I was paying for. Please be more professional. If someone comes in with an issue, especially when they aren’t expecting it to be fixed for free, just let them be. My daughter said she liked the girl that did her nails but doesn’t want to come back because of all the questions. It doesn’t matter who did the French tip, just be grateful we showed up there and paid you to fix it. To the tech that fixed her nails - thank you. You did a great job.
